This product itself is a creamy lotion. When I first rubbed it on my face I noticed it was incredibly hydrating and soothing.
When I first tried it I was a little careless with the directions (oops) and wet my face and used it like a cream face wash and tried to rinse it off when I was finished. This thing is a water repeller. The water beaded on my skin like condensation. I would not recommend using this with water, but I would try using some of the product on a cotton ball like a standard remover.
It is said to cleanse, remove make up and moisturize.
The product seemed to cleanse ok, nothing to write home about but still got the job done.
It did a pretty good job removing the make up (mascara included) but it took some rubbing to remove all of it. It was very gentle and did not bother my eyes however.
Top to bottom - waterproof eyeliner, long wear mascara, long wear lipstick, gel eyeliner.
Two cotton balls later it is all gone.
Honestly for the price and the hydration/remover factor I say this is a great product to have on hand. Plus I love the bonus of the natural Moringa oil in the lotion, it's a step in the right direction for more natural skin care.
